Can you return custom vans?

So I recently bought the wrong leather custom vans. I had the leather vans in my cart just as a gift for my brother’s birthday because he just loves vans, but it turns out I ordered the wrong pair of vans that he wanted. Is there any way I could return them once they arrive?
