Positive Test after 3rd FET but low hCG

Please be gentle. I’m a wreck honestly.

I got my first ever positive urine and blood test yesterday after 3 years TTC. I was over the moon excited, however, my hCG was only 22 at exactly 8 days past transfer (~ 4 weeks).

I know that’s a day earlier than a lot of clinics test. And it was a day six embryo if that makes any difference. And I know it falls within the normal range for four weeks which is anywhere between 5 and 426. But it’s low.

Looking for help I guess or just answers, if your hCG was this low around four weeks, what was the outcome? Thanks 💔

My nurse just called and said it was positive, but low so we’re being cautiously optimistic. But she also went on to say that if the numbers don’t go up appropriately, then it could be an ectopic pregnancy. That scared me. Just an absolute roller coaster. I was so happy yesterday and now I’m terrified. Repeat beta is tomorrow, my birthday. And then they want me to do another one in three days. So I know I just have to wait, but the waiting is agony. Any advice or info?
