Need it all for our 10yr dec 14-19.

Hi everyone! My first time posting here. My husband and I are celebrating our 10yr anniversary this year and we both want to go to NYC. I’m sure you’ve seen this post a lot but I want your deep dives!
We wanna do the touristy crap like the wonderful museums in Manhattan, want to be in a place where getting around on the subway won’t suck too bad, want to do some romantic things. We are newbs but our vibe is midwestern with some money to blow, and honestly we are down for whatever.

First, tell me a cool hotel for around 500 a night? I’ve been googling and 1 hotel in Brooklyn seems promising to access the subway and get nice skyline views?

I’m on my own nerves now writing this so help a girl out please! Thank you!

Edit- budget 500-700 a night and spending money to do nice things. Also fine grabbing a cheap slice of pizza if you know of where to get one.

Also, I don’t want you to plan my trip, I just want suggestions on maybe some places to stay and go that I can use that I wouldn’t see readily on google etc.
