What brawlers deserve buffies?

I have an idea for this little fun event I would like to do where y'all give me a few brawlers without buffies and tell me to make buffie mechanics for them. I will pick three brawlers from the comments and come back with descriptions of their mechanics. I just think it would be fun to do it. I have done this kind of thing with my friends and I am really having a great time with it. So please write down what brawlers I should buff down below (if you want to).
