Has anyone moved over from Instaprime to Instagram with Piko patches?

I use the current Instaprime builds and they work pretty well, the main downsides are the features that are being paywalled and occasional bugs like not being able to open up post's text field (aka see more).

are the piko patches up to date with the instaprime builds and do they work just as well as instaprime with same features? my main "likes" from instaprime are the ability to do ghost mode in dms, ghost story viewing and replaying media sent in dms as well as easy downloading of posts.

are these features implemented and working with the new piko patches?

also opening links within app would be great also.
