What would happen if the daughter turned to the dark side?

1.Is it possible for her to even turn to the dark side?
2.What would happen in the galaxy as a consequence?Would the force shift?
3.Would she become stronger and could she then use all the dark side abilities like force lightning,drain,midichlorian healing etc?
