Downtown FWB?

Pretty simple, need a new FWB in or around the downtown/north of downtown area for before and after the work day. The one I have now is boring me and it’s time for a change.

Me: 36, bear, 5’10”, around 270, verse.

You: My age or younger, able to host, verse/bottom, weigh less than me, and have actual availability to meet M-F during the day.
