I want to start gaming and I've never built a PC. Need suggestions

My budget is around 2000 euros/USD.

I will use this PC for work (programming and research but most of the time connected to a cluster) around 2 days a week when I'm working from home. Then, I will be gaming but I want to start with some old games like the original resident evil, for example.

Since I also own a PS5, I don't need/want to get the best graphical card yet and I'd rather test myself with the PC for a year or two before deciding whether I upgrade that component in particular.

Taking this into account, I came up with this list of components that are kind of the best, or what I want to use for a long time, except the graphical card which I could upgrade in the future if I actually want to stick to PC gaming. Hope this makes sense but I'd like to hear your opinions.
