I can't stop thinking about myectomies

I just can't stop! A myectomy could cure my mitral valve regurgitation, my dilated left atrium, my active precordium, my obstructive, my peripheral fluid retention, my painful and almost constant lung and heart pains, my 30mm septum, my 3/6 systolic murmur (actually, maybe not), my SAM, my cyanosis... speaking of cyanosis, my feet seem to be going bluish now, not purple. And my MR has went to moderate. And my 2/6 murmur has became a 3/6 murmur. And my exercise tolerance has reduced, and my chest is in a lot more pain...

Oh. Oh shit.
