Is a 40% scored in japanese enough to be awarded the STC Scholarship?

This was my 2nd attempt on the STC Scholarship and I scored 20% in maths, 40% in japanese and 80% in English, I'm applying from Argentina.

Supposing I score an 80% in maths and an 80% in english, would it be enough to get called to the interview stage?
