TW eating disorders

I have ARFID plus, which means basically I have ARFID with another eating disorder. My other possible eating disorder? Binge eating disorder (BED). It has been several months since I have been diagnosed with ARFID and my dietician and I recently talked about how my eating behavior may be bingy or at least unconscious/unintuitive. I may not respond instantly but please be respectful in the comments.
