Jeanty and Tate for Gibbs and Tee

Title. I have Jeanty and Tate. I’m a middling rebuilding team at best. I don’t think I can win this year even if I do this trade. The full trade is Jeanty, Carnell Tate and my 2nd for Gibbs, Tee Higgins, and a 4th. Seems silly not to get Gibbs if I can but I’m hesitating. Seems like I could look back at this one a year or two from now and not like it. My other RBs are Stevenson, Pollard, Spears and Mike Washington. My other WRs are Evans, Sutton, Addison, Hunter, and Downs. Stafford QB1 and Fannin TE1. Again it feels dumb to not take Gibbs, but I think I have such a good base rebuilding currently. Any thoughts appreciated.
