What’s the trade value of Ladd Mcconkey?

I was trying to acquire Ladd from another team and I looked online at the Dynasty Trade Value website for reference, and the appropriate asking price for him seems to be a 2027 Mid 1st round pick.

But the price the guy actually was seeking was two 1sts and a 2029 2nd, or two 1sts and Isaiah Likely (his QB is Jaxson Dart).

That seems like an extreme overpay and I was wondering what everyone thought about Mcconkeys real value.
