Did JPEGMafia diss Kendrick Lamar on Meet the Dealers?

The lyric in question is “y’all gas 87 but 89 is the premium.” Obviously, on the surface this is just a flex bar about how he has more money than us so he can buy better gas than us, but if you read between the lines 1987 is the year Kendrick was born and 1989 is the year JPEGMafia was born. Could he be saying y’all gas Kendrick but I’m the premium hip hop artist.
