Sharing items on server?

I have just set up a dedicated server for my family to play on. We kind of don't want to have a guild because we want more than a couple of bases each. We would still like to be able to share stuff though and ideally teleport between each others bases.

Is this possible to set it up so anyone can access your doors/chests and travel to your bases without being in the same guild?
