[US/BR] Is this a scam? This person "sent" me $500 and now she wants it back, but I didn't recieve anything.

So, I created a Tik Tok account to post some of my drawings. After some time, a lady sent a DM to me asking if I did commissions.

After some time, she asked for my discord, which I gave to her. She offered $200 for me to draw her dog, which I said wasn't needed, since just $20 would be enough.

She asked me to create an account on Wise, which I did, then she sent me the $200. After this, I got an email saying that, for me to recieve the $200, she would have to send me another $300, which she did. I still didn't recieve anything.

Then she asked for me to send $300 dollars from my own bank account. I don't have this kind of money, and I said that to her. She asked me to ask for money from my family, which I still can't since we're in a difficult financial situation.

Now, she's asking for my twitter login to get a refund from Wise.

I am really confused and don't want anyone to loose money because of me, but I don't have $300 in my account. Is this a scam?

Edit: so, I already gave up from recieving the payment and sent the drawing to my friend. To the lady I only sent a sketch with the watermark. Thanks to everyone who took some time to comment here

Edit 2: I just blocked her, I'm really bummed out bc 200 dollars would really help me and my family, I just can't understand how people can be so cruel with strangers
