Princess's Intuition

I started watching The Pitt in February April and I'm already quite embarrassed at the number of times I'm re-watching this amazing show, there's millions of amazing details to catch with every new watch.

One "thing" across two moments in back-to-back episodes in S1 grabbed me on my current re-watch:

In Hour 3, Princess informs Dr. Robby with near-perfect timing that Mr. Spencer's time is close. In the next episode, Princess and Ahmad 'jinx' with their over/under for how many cars the stolen ambulance would clip (15x).

Obviously, an experienced Nurse like Princess would have been around enough to recognize agonal respirations suggesting imminent death, and 'jinxing' someone you spend a lot of time around are perfectly common and not profound in and of themselves so I'm not theorizing this is to be interpreted as clairvoyance or anything - I just thought this was yet another cool subtle detail that I haven't found has been discussed here.

(Edit to add a question/prompt I meant to include - have you noticed similar sorts of 'nothing' moments that might not mean much on their own but when paired with other similar moments there's a throughline or theme?)
