I need help

My amazing wife is blind. I have social anxiety disorder and am hyper vigilant about micro expressions, and without eye contact, I have trouble feeling "heard" at times.

Any tips or insights on not doing that? My brain assumes ambiguity as negative.

I know this is all me. I'm clingy and need a lot of attention. I'd have similar issues with a sighted person. I crave feedback. I'm working on that, too.
