Caught off guard by later in life curiosity - Bi curious talk possible meet

Mid-60‘s (M) attached in a traditional long term marriage has been caught off guard by a growing curiosity to be with men. For decades I was slight intrigued by it however for the past few years it’s become somewhat overwhelming and it’s becoming a real challenge.
I‘d appreciate any feedback from others how are also dealing with it too.
