Advice needed: Husqvana Tourer T1 - Old, but barely used

Hello, fellow paddlers (affectionate).

A friend has an Husqvana Tourer T1. She bought it 18 months ago but got sick! The poor thang only rode it twice (odometer confirmed).

Anyway, since I've had little luck finding a second-hand ebike, she's offered it to me for a very good price. It honestly looks like it came straight from the shop.

The only thing I'm worried about is the battery. How do I check its health? These bikes are gorgeous, but very few were sold here, and getting another battery will probably involve customs (much dinero). I just want to look this gift horse in the mouth, y'know? Horsey teefs are expensive.
