Fabricator for metal arbor & stairs

I’d like to buy a 1) strong metal arbor that will last forever to grow vines above my deck and 2) stairs to as second story addition. Any suggestions on who might be able to fabricate it? Bonus if you have either of these and can share details. Thanks 🙏
