Love my 2.7cf LG washer/dryer combo with ventless dryer, but it vibrates a lot -- it doesn't have a pedestal. Options? It was professionally installed.

Love my 2.7cf LG washer/dryer combo with ventless dryer, but it vibrates a lot -- it doesn't have a pedestal. Does the 2.4cf GE combo washer/dryer with ventless dryer also vibrate a lot? It was professionally installed and still vibrates like the Scooby Doo Bus with Loud Music. Any other options?
