Neon Shop - More like Neon Slop

This has truly been a crazy experience. My girlfriend ordered some items from their most recent sale. Shirts came wadded in a ball in the bag. Ink all over one shirt from not being dried before wadded in a ball in a bag, and one shirt the print is a full inch off center and goes into the arm pit.

Been over a week no reply. They clearly don’t seem to care.
