What part of a covered patio becomes annoying after the novelty wears off?

Most covered-patio discussions seem to stop at shade, rain protection, and how the finished space looks.

I’m more curious about the small annoyances that show up later: leaves collecting in roof channels, water coming out near a walkway, shades getting dirty, awkward access to wiring, or furniture blocking something that eventually needs service.

This came up while our team was looking through follow-up questions around a FlexPatio project. The install photos looked finished, but they didn’t say much about what the space would be like to maintain a year later.
