I run a small trucking company. My spreadsheets are killing me. I found an AI that promises to fix everything. But can I trust it with real money?

Question

To start with I own a small trucking company. 5 trucks…. And it’s just me and a couple of drivers.

Basically each month, I get my bank statements and attempt to determine the expense of running each individual truck. Cost of repairs for Truck 3. Insurance for all trucks. Cost of tires for Truck 1. Cost of gas for all trucks. I try and allocate these costs to the appropriate truck. This is a very tiring process. I spend a lot of time making calculations

Someone told me about numeo.ai and they say it auto-categorizes expenses and calculates cost per mile for each truck automatically. Upload your bank data and it spits out a report. No manual work…

It sounds incredible. I'd save so much time. I'd know exactly which trucks are making money and which ones are bleeding me dry

But I'm paranoid. This is my financial data. Bank accounts. Expenses. Everything. What if something goes wrong? What if they leak my data? What if the calculations are wrong and I make decisions based on bad info?

I run a real business and you probably understand that I can't afford to make a mistake
