Over 50 UK Gamer looking for casual teaching group

Over 50 Gamer in UK looking for casual play group that can teach me more and help me get back into the game?

Can anyone help? I'm not a full on player so guilds are probably not the best option, maybe.

Can any veteran players help me out with some of their time. I'm not a totally beginner but want to get back i. The game.
