If I keep playing my worst hero will the matchmaker ever throw me a bone and give me a win?

I can't play Oracle for shit, none of the abilities don't make any sense, I've playing like 10 games and lost every single one, will the matchmaker give me a free win once in a while or will it allow me to keep losing until I get low priority?
