Dog knuckling after TPLO

My dog is 2 days post-op from a TPLO and I noticed her operated paw keeps tucking/knuckling underneath her when she stands/walks. She is able to get up on her own and move the leg, but the paw placement looks strange. Has anyone experienced this after a TPLO? Did it improve with recovery?
