Starvival Contraband Smugglers

It seems like things have changed with smuggling, at least for me. You can’t smuggle any illegal goods to the TA anymore. I have found that Sati at Red Mile and the Gangrin Landing TA kiosk work for smuggling but I was hoping someone found someone in other city’s.

Can’t find a list online or anything.
