[il] Folder about employee found

I’m employees in the US and on a pip plan (I actually made numbers but not enough new accounts for their liking.

The pip plan ends Monday and today at work, I found a folder on the public shared drive with all my pip info and notes including their plan to extend it (I met the quota required but not the calls) I know it’s not illegal to have the information public but do I have any case? They currently don’t know that I know but a coworker also saw it after I did. I think they must’ve just made the folder today or yesterday
