Xbox One Game - Primarily Offline, No Gacha or Ingame Purchases to Enjoy/Get Full Experience of Gameplay

I would like a recommendation for a game/series that is primarily offline and doesn’t require in game purchases, weekly updates, contain gacha in order to fully experience. I finished the entire Batman Arkham series, including Arkham Origins and thoroughly enjoyed progressing through achievements. I have FC26 and am looking to avoid games like that with money hungry developers, weekly rollouts, etc even though I enjoy sports. I’ve considered MK11 but Im pretty sure it’s a gacha type game.
