Need advice from anyone who studied cruise operations in the Philippines

My\_Qualifications: B.Sc. in Geography and M.Sc. in Geoinformatics.

I'm planning to study a diploma in cruise or marine operations in the Philippines and then apply for cruise ship jobs (preferably Carnival, Royal Caribbean, MSC, etc.).

I would like to know:

Is this a good career path?

Can international students get hired after completing the course?

Which institutes have good placement records?

What visa or work permit is needed after graduation?

I'd really appreciate advice from anyone with firsthand experience.
