Onkyo TX-RZ30 Receiver Blue Screen and No Sound

I purchased a New Onkyo receiver about 4 months ago as my first true home theater receiver. Currently running a 5.1 system with it and everything has been great, Yesterday when I turned on the receiver looked completely normal but there was no sound. I powercycled and unplugged the receiver and TV, tried all settings, swapped the HDMI cable, and even tried with a spare TV but nothing worked. I tried bluetooth but I could not connect, and the controller app on my phone couldn't find it either.

Today I started by Factory Resetting the device. It boots fine and the Onkyo display works perfectly, but I couldn't generate a test tone from any speaker. I started the initial setup and the TV recognizes the device but just shows a blue screen. I tried every resolution setting and the spare TV again but I can't get the initialization text to appear. I've been unable to progress past this point.

Is the receiver dead or could there be a solution?
