Fall oppotunities

Hi, Im a rising junior. I screwed up not applying to any programs during summer cause by the time I checked in, deadline already passed! I already search up summer program deadlines in advance this time so I wouldn't miss it 😭 Does anyone have any suggestions during this fall/winter/spring ( U know I wanna save time doing something for my ecs ASAP). Interested in pre-med,biology,science btw
