🎓 UNI / UCAS

I was predicted ABB for psychology, sociology and English literature, but ended up with BBC. I am lowkey happy with the B in English, but unfortunately I missed my offer to UOB and ended up getting into Leicester Uni. It’s not bad, because my student finance wasn’t enough to cover accommodation costs by myself at UOB. But since I am doing law, I think it would be best for me to resit psychology and sociology, lock in for the whole year, and redo my A levels. Then I can apply to other Russell Group universities and hopefully have more opportunities. This is mainly because Russell Group universities have a good reputation for subjects such as law, which leads to higher employability rates and better opportunities. Some employers look at A level grades when hiring, and I do not want those grades on my name. My dad is saying no because he doesn’t want me to be behind, but my sister and her friends say I should because it is a short (albeit long) challenge for better chances. What do you think?
