Need advice on what to expect

I (25M) have been going out with a woman (24F) and it was our third date yesterday. Our dates have been very long in the sense that we would spend atleast 6-7 hours just talking about anything and everything. Nevertheless, they have been the BEST I could say I had since the last 2 years.

But here's the catch! We don't speak on call or text (except when we discuss the plan for our dates). This is very new to me since I've always texted people and vice versa before/after the date.

To give a few more details, we've met three times in the course of 10 days (which I believe is quite a lot but I'm rather happy about it). Anyways I would appreciate some advice on the matter, I'm totally comfortable with the fact of us not talking outside our dates but would it be healthy? I'm someone who's looking for something serious!
