IBS-D-Newbie

Question

Hi I am going through some tests but it is pointing more towards I have IBS-D, this is. A little hard to take because I am a 43 year old male with no previous gut issues.

I am coming on a month of constant diarrhea, the last week I have changed my diet and tried using the fodmap diet. If I eat rubbish, I bloat and seem to cramp and then have diarrhea.

Nothing seems to make a difference and I am starting to get a little down.

Tonight I had sliced cucumber, carrots, potatoes with no skin and a slice of Turkey. 20 minutes later my gut starts making loud noises, 40 minutes later I have diarrhea, my body seems not to be able to process me eating. The only difference is that I did not bloat after my meal.

I am totally at a loss, I don't drink alcohol, have eaten no fried food and am eating exactly what you should but I still have diarrhea.

Really starting to affect me and if anyone has any news for a newbie then I would be greatly appreciated.
