PAs in regenerative/wellness medicine — how did you get started?

I’m a PA-C in South Florida transitioning from psychiatry and interested in regenerative/wellness medicine—trigger point/joint injections, PRP, GLP-1s, and aesthetics.

For PAs already doing this, how did you get trained and find mentorship/hands-on experience? I’d especially love to connect with anyone in Florida willing to share guidance or potentially allow me to shadow. DMs welcome!
