Newly diagnosed and need help.

I’ve been trying to conceive and have had no luck. I’ve dealt with a lot of symptoms and problems for a long time. Cystic acne, fatigue, heavy periods with quarter clots. I’ve gained 20 pounds within last year or so and I can’t seem to lose it no matter what I do. I took an at home test for ovulation and they all were negative. I did an ultrasound and it showed through. The nurse said yes it appears as PCOS. I asked a panel and the panel came back normal. I asked the nurse if I was diagnosed and she said it seems like PCOS. I asked for a yes and no a few weeks later and they said yes the ultrasound confirmed it.

I made an appointment with them for further help. I don’t know what to expect out of this and what to do. any help is welcome.
