Are Americans aware that foreigners have the perception that American women are 'easy'

Some of my American friends were surprised to hear this perception exists.

From my personal experience it's absolutely true maybe it's just because Americans are most social in general but from my time studying in the US and also living in a big city for a bit I thought that American women were a lot more easier to pick up than women in my home country and places I've been abroad.

Basically all the exchnage students from my cohort agreed that American girls were very easy to pick up
