Need Accountants experienced with Quickbooks Desktop/Enterprise, PAID!

I'm an accountant. I built a tool that pulls QuickBooks Desktop and Enterprise data into HubSpot so the sales side of a business can see who's overdue without asking finance every week. Customers, invoices, payment status, AR aging on the customer record. One direction only, read-only, it never writes to the company file.

It works fine against my test files. That's the problem. Real company files are where the strange stuff lives, and mine are too clean. Retainage. Progress invoicing. Jobs nested three deep. Someone's chart of accounts they've been dragging along since 2009. Multi-currency with a rate nobody has touched in four years.

So I'd rather pay people who know QuickBooks properly to try and break it. Budget is $1900/month, split across a few people depending on how much time you can actually give. I'd rather have three people giving a few honest hours than one person invoicing me for twenty.

What I need:

- You work in QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise regularly. Not Online.

- You'll run it against a real file, or a realistic copy of one

- You'll tell me when something's wrong, specifically, rather than telling me it's nice

Separate thing, and I care about this one more.

I want to put together a small group of accountants and bookkeepers who still work with Desktop clients. Not a newsletter, not a Discord with 400 dead members. Just a few people dealing with the same problems who can compare notes.

Desktop support leavine next year & clients are asking what happens next

If the group sounds useful and the testing doesn't, say so. I'll take that.
