I think I got ghosted after my interview

Spent all of July interviewing for 2 roles at a really large health plan. I did one interview for a specialist role and 2 for a coordinator role. I did my second round interview for my coordinator role 2 weeks ago from today. I have heard NOTHING regarding either role. I have followed up with the recruiter and haven’t heard ANYTHING.

I don’t think it should take this long for these type of positions. The fact the coordinator role had more than one interview was ridiculous in itself. Is it safe to say they ghosted me?

Since they likely ghosted me, what would be an appropriate review to share with others regarding my experience interviewing with this company on let’s say Glassdoor? I don’t want to come off as petty but the lack of communication after dedicating nearly 6 weeks to this process is ridiculous. They could have just told me the bad news.
