Car pulls to one side but then stops after 40 minutes of driving but becomes a little shaky

2011 Camry

I thought it was an alignment and they said there's no point because it'll need a camber adjustment and Camrys don't have a camber bolt but they swapped ti res

Now it seems like the car pulls a little more however when I drive for 40+ minutes on the freeway the pull is practically gone but the car itself feels a little shaky and the steering wheel kinda acts like a rocking chair, (at interverals) but not a back and forth shake but a side to side

I'm guessing caliper but idk how you'd check that until the car drives for awhile
