Why do I feel more manic during my period and ovulation?

During my ovulation I’m manic about my ex. I think about reaching out to him, getting back with him.

During my period I don’t care for him and most other people.

But it’s a really intense feeling. Not just a little bit of love and hate. It’s full force. And it makes me want to push people out of be really clingy.

I also feel around my period I get more attached to fictional characters. ATM I have a show and there’s a character I really like and I just watch it 24/7 so I can see the character.

It’s a weird feeling.
