Just got a motion 32 but already have studio pro 8

My question is can I make another email to register the product but then give that email to a friend so he can get studio pro for free amd still be able to update and use the motion 32 on my account i already have?

I just dont want to be screwed out of being able to use my controller but I figure this would be cool as he wants to get down on some tracks with me.

Sorry if this dosent make sense but I figured it was worth the ask

Thanks guys!
