Shipping address

Hi guys! I’m an incoming freshman so I’m not sure how to ship an item to my Miramar apartment. I called the mailing office and they kinda sounded like they didn’t know what they were talking about. My room assignment is 4-406-D and they told me to make the shipping address for my package 6515 ocean drive 4406D Corpus Christi tx 78412. Does this sound right? Just worried about it arriving & want to be safe.
