37 in a 30 received a court summons England

I was caught speeding doing 37 in a 30 zone in March by a handheld camera. I admitted I was the driver. Heard nothing until today I receive a single justice procedure. I got no invite to do a speed awareness course or anything. I’ve got no points on my licence. I did everything right. Is this right? I’m reading this will cost me hundreds of pounds.
