Is the Oneplus Nord 3R earbuds worth it in 2026?

My two-year-old Nothing CMF earbuds last a maximum of 10 minutes after a single charge, so it's completely useless now. I'm considering buying the OnePlus Nord 3R because it only costs 1.8 K right now on Amazon. Is this product worth it, and how is the battery life after a year? Because I really would like a pair of earbuds that will have a good battery life as long as possible. Preferably three to four years
