I'm stupid

Well I got ghosted by my situationship apparently he had feelings for me first and he confessed it to me some months ago but I was not ready for a relationship but I kind of liked him too, well when I was ready and I confessed to him some days back he just completely ghosted me lol I don't know what to do now
