First Ultrasound [nb]

I’m curious when everyone got their first ultrasound?

I had a previous pregnancy (unfortunately was not successful), and with that one in Ontario I had my first ultrasound early at 7w, then another at 9w.
I am now in New Brunswick and my first ultrasound isn’t until I am 12 weeks.
I am 10w right now (going off of conception date) and have not even heard the heartbeat. My brain can’t help but worry. 😔
Am I stressing myself out for nothing?
Is 12 weeks a normal time to get the first ultrasound??
